BUSINESS RESEARCH
Students are required to present an effective presentation of the business research, which involved two businesses. This final assignment in EPC evaluates oral presentation through verbal communication.
For my group, we been decided to compare two Cafe, which is BitterSweet in Penang, and CoffeeInk in Klang Valley.
Hence, we have to choose the business and analyses the following aspects:
-Background information
-Analysis in terms of competitors, obstacles or challenges,nature of business and strategies used
-Future plans, expansion, ways to sustain the business

REFLECTION
Finally, it was the final assignment in EPC. First of all, i would like to thank Ms. Thivilojana as our lecture. Nevertheless, my friends who assisted my in completing the assignments. I been really appreciate all of you on the journey of learning EPC. This final project taught me a lot of lessons, for example, how to communicate with groupmates or even other people effectively. Since that, i know how to apply the principles of communication to analyzing interaction with others.
