Titiwangsa Lake contains its historical value, but yet, most of the users don't acknowledge its importance, which related to public ownership toward the lake and public park. The proposed water activity centre is to trigger the sense of ownership, by creating an interplay of public and private spaces. The main intention is to encourage the public access to the lake water, convincing the public to use the water as recreational element. Instead of playing the lake water at the open environment, the building tends to provide a safe and well facilitated environment, mainly fostering families group at Titiwangsa Lake Gardens.
