In this assignment, students are given a topic to do their research, reference and information for the best understanding of their lego miniature. Mindmaps, sketches, design process are examples of items that supposed to place in the design process journal

REFLECTION
After the completion of these three journals, I learnt to do research effectively in order to get the best findings that can applied into my model. By using the resources from Internet and books, I understood how to utilise the design elements and principles to create something artistic. Other than that, I realized the right method to finish my journal throughout the process,I could think critically and solve all the problems so i can submit on time. Even though everytime there was obstacles I met in the way, but I still can make it.

In this journal, we are required to discover the characteristic of the lego and decide 2 keywords for it. My keywords are strong and immortal. I chose these 2 keywords because of his immortality and how it affects Thor's strength. Since that, I translated it into the design elements and principles.

On DPJ 1, I did a lot of reserch on my lego character, Thor by the aspects following:
-History background
-Characteristics and personality
-Details of my lego (Height and weight)
-Concept evolution
-Family background
Hence, I summarize all informations into my magazine cover.
To complete this assginment,I been explored a lot of models and examples to demostrate and show Thor's special characterics. In the end, I applied his skill and abilities into my model by using the keywords of immortal and strong. Then, I emphasized on the design components to my model.
