In Project One, students are required to select one case study from the topics:

• Passive Landscape 

• Public Markets 

• Campuses 

• Streetscapes 

• Pocket Parks and Plazas 

• Playgrounds 

• Waterfronts 

   

Then, do a comparative study of similar topics with a local case study.

All have to be done in two A3 board with text and images by highlighting:

• Typology

• Function

• How people response to the space

• Basic information

• Design characteristics

• Management to the space

REFLECTION

After completed Project One, I learned that the basic landscape knowledge such as softscape and hardscape. The coordinate and climate of the case study can affect their design charcteristics.
